my bride touring the world, gigi was only in town a total of 2 weeks in the several months that we planned before the wedding. we saw each other almost every other day for one thing or another when she was here. we scrambled to gather all the goodies for the guests and prepare for an exciting waterfront extravaganza. the ceremony was at st. gregory catholic church and the reception was at the swimming hall of fame in ft. lauderdale. it was so beautiful. the butterfly theme was so whimsical. the cocktail hour was outside facing the inter coastal with the music of a steel pan man filling the air. we made a unique scrapbook that the guests signed and could later be filled with their pictures from the wedding. the custom escort cards were clipped on large ribbons that were hung on glass vases. the butterflies appeared on those as well as the custom table numbers. each table was named after a different butterfly. the music was out of control. the groomsmen even had a special dance for the guests. they were truly a party bunch. they seriously enjoyed every moment of their special day. gigi and andrew, best of our love!
